• Communicating with / without a microphone to rooms of 100-150 people

You’ll be working directly with JG & JG’s logistic coordinator to utilize, learn and implement skills of communication, connection and engagement with those who enjoy the work we create!

Communications & Connections (3-4 hours / week)

• Managing spreadsheets with significant connections

• Pursuing stories & email conversations for positive fan experiences on tour

• Brainstorming - with JG - creative ways to connect with fans

• Pursuing email conversations and occasional zoom calls with community leaders and friends of the team

Social Media (1-2 hours / week)

• Suggestions of social media trends

• Co-running @jamiegracefans or @thewonderspaceatl (pending)

• Responding to JG FB messages

• Scheduling JG FB posts

Calendar & Logistics (1-2 hours/week)

• Observing JG’s schedule for overlaps

• Scheduling interviewees and special guests for podcasts and live events

• Communicating with choir families & studio clients about scheduling and other logistics (pending)

In Person & Real Time

• 2 - 4 virtual meetings a month with JG & team

• 4 - 6 In-person studio sessions a month (4 hours each)

• Attending events and shows with JG

Stipend - $150/week

Note - When traveling for shows, traveling, lodging & food are covered, including the night before and morning after runs. All off day and post run returns are to Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Our team is what many may deem “old school” or “strict.” You are always more than welcome to ask our “why” or for more specifics about a certain guideline or request.

We do not prank in our sessions or on our tours. In the words of Reba McEntire, we are showing up to work.

Cursing, whether playful or serious, is not encouraged in our sessions or on our tours.

Unless you are watching something with your headphones in, which includes scrolling social media, we ask that anything coming out of any speakers be G rated in all capacities. This includes music.

When on your personal device - you grown! However, please know that our team cannot in good conscious condone the viewing of excessively violent content, overtly sexual themes or adult entertainment. These things not only go against our values as a whole but can cause logistical issues with our routers and modems.

PG & PG-13 movies or shows are permitted on shared screens when no one under the age of 13 is on the tour bus at that time or in the room where the show/movie is being watched.

In short - P is damaging to the brain and the internet, don’t scroll your TikTok in front of other people and don’t watch something PG-13 if a kid is in the room.

We do not play venues where alcohol is being served. We do not condone alcohol or recreational drug use of any kind while on tour this includes in the hotel, backstage or any other time while “on the clock.”

We do not have time to engage in political conversations amongst our team and ESPECIALLY NOT with fans and those outside of our team. Please don’t wear any clothing that supports, disdains or hints toward a politician. Please don’t even consider joking about politics or politicians. We implore you to be passionate about our world - without talking about it in our sessions or on tour.

We do not shame someone or their Faith for their diagnosis, whether physical or mental. Wherever you stand theologically, please understand that we do not deem disabilities as a sin, whether physical or mental.

Lastly, we aim to respect all humans no matter how similar or different they are to us an individuals. Regardless of race, political affiliation, sexual orientation, theological conviction - humans and humans and we aim to treat everyone in a way that is kind, fair and respectful.
