  • You’ll be working directly with JG & JG’s logistic coordinator to utilize, learn and implement skills of communication, connection and engagement with those who enjoy the work we create!

    Communications & Connections (3-4 hours / week)

    • Managing spreadsheets with significant connections

    • Pursuing stories & email conversations for positive fan experiences on tour

    • Brainstorming - with JG - creative ways to connect with fans

    • Pursuing email conversations and occasional zoom calls with community leaders and friends of the team

    Social Media (1-2 hours / week)

    • Suggestions of social media trends

    • Co-running @jamiegracefans or @thewonderspaceatl (pending)

    • Responding to JG FB messages

    • Scheduling JG FB posts

    Calendar & Logistics (1-2 hours/week)

    • Observing JG’s schedule for overlaps

    • Scheduling interviewees and special guests for podcasts and live events

    • Communicating with choir families & studio clients about scheduling and other logistics (pending)

    In Person & Real Time

    • 2 - 4 virtual meetings a month with JG & team

    • 4 - 6 In-person studio sessions a month (4 hours each)

    • Attending events and shows with JG

  • Stipend - $150/week
