  • Soundcheck (1pm - 4pm)

    • Setting up JG’s instruments, pedals and mic before soundcheck

    • Tuning & restringing acoustic guitar (as needed)

    • Filming b-roll and BTS (gear provided if needed)

    VIP - Pre-Show (5:30pm - 6:15pm)

    • Coordinating VIP ie. “form a line here”

    • Delegating intern to film BTS/b-roll during VIP

    Show (7pm - 8:30pm)

    • Filming b-roll and BTS (gear provided if needed)

    Post Show (9pm - 10pm)

    • Operating signing line ie. “have items ready, etc”

    • Editing post-show vertical video (by mid-morning of following day)

    June - September (outside of shows - less than 1 hour / week)

    • email correspondence; coordinating interviews for JG / tour promo

    • Aug & Sept only: attending in-person interviews with JG, if applicable

  • This role focuses on the representation of the brand, through email communications, face to face with fans and visuals both live and recorded.

  • 5:00pm - VIP Doors Open

    5:30pm - VIP Begins with welcome from TM; “Glad you’re here… JG will come out and do a Q&A… (PA NAME) will take a group photo after… 1 photo per group…”

    5:32pm - JG does Q&A, hands off to PA

    5:50pm - PA; “no need to rush… you can line up here… you can hand me your phone…”

  • June & July - Production Assistant will be compensated for their planning and coordinating, est. 4-6 hours

    Aug & Sept - Production Assistant will be compensated on a per-show basis, with payments made weekly on Mondays following receipt of their invoice.

    Traveling, lodging & food are covered for all shows, including the night before and morning after runs. All off day and post run returns are to Lawrenceville, Georgia.

    This would ideally be a short term internship that becomes a paid position or exclusively a short term internship.

  • This role balances communications with both fans and colleagues to ensure smooth conversations and genuine excitement for music, events and online presence.

    • PA and musicians will be setting the stage - FOH Engineer is responsible for all audio set up related to instruments, gear, cables, etc

    • Managing preshow and VIP playlist

    • Ensuring the safety of all Front of House gear during tour

    • Creating and adjusting individual monitor mixes for each musician, using stage monitors (wedges) or in-ear monitor systems (IEMs), during soundcheck and concert
