“Dreamers” is a nod to the power of community, and the importance of choosing joy, goodness, perseverance, and hope in the face of adversity. I know how difficult it can be to stay positive when our dreams seem to be falling apart, all the while it seems like the literal world is falling apart, too.

There was a season in my career where I felt more defeated than ever. I was visiting a friend in LA and on the phone in her apartment, trying to hold back my tears on a discouraging phone call with a colleague. Within minutes, one of my dearest friends called me out of the blue and began talking me through the next steps of my career. She reminded me of who I was and who I wanted to become. And while this moment in time is engrained in my memory, it is not an isolated event. I have intentionally surrounded myself with women and men who love the Lord and truly pursue Him, I am often blessed by wisdom and accountability.

I hope that this album will inspire others to do pursue goodness… pursue genuine friendships and relationships…. And I hope it serves as a reminder that we don’t have to be alone in our journey. I hope "Dreamers" will resonate with people from all walks of life, and provide a glimmer of hope and light.
